It was fine. The hamburger was good and the onion rings were crispy. As always, the pie was excellent. Although they were busy, we were taken care of appropriately. VI has a very expansive breakfast menu, but lunch and dinner selections are limited.
Food was good, grateful for free pie Wednesdays ? had breakfast items, hamburger, grilled cheese.. all satisfied. 3 stars because kitchen was sooooo slow and for no reason, restaurant was not busy at all.

I came here weekly for a long time attending a writing group up until this place shut down. It was a dated restaurant but the people who worked here were really nice. I wanted to give a shout out to Ariel our server she was awesome. I wish all the employees best of luck on your futures. Sad to see it go.
