Wendy's in Mesa

“I went to this location after work for my mom. I would take me a few minutes to get to her so I requested the burger to be cooked fresh. My mom let me know the meal was prepared perfectly and it was still hot when she got it. I appreciate the men who served me. They demonstrated kindness and no frustration in what I needed. There was no negative words stated or frowns. (at least where I could hear or see lol). Please continue to offer good service. You are appreciated 👏“

“When I last stopped by Wendy’s I had a very solid experience. The food was fresh, hot, and prepared correctly, which always makes a difference with fast food. “They used to be a good place to eat and get breakfast in the morning but here recently the last probably four times that I've been there I was there three times in February between 6:00 and 6:30 their sign says they open at 6:00 and there's nobody there and then I went there this morning at 6:30 and was told they were just opening up the store I said I thought you opened at 6:00 is what your sign says the guy says I don't understand what good it is to say you open at 6:00 a.m. some people get breakfast on the way to work if you're not going to really have food ready until like 7:00 or 7:30 I just don't understand it used to be a good place to eat“

“We had the pleasure of visiting Wendy's recently, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! From the moment my husband and I arrived, we were greeted with such enthusiasm by Michael Flores. His genuine interest in our day sparked wonderful conversation, making the ordering process enjoyable.

The restaurant was immaculately clean, and the dining area felt welcoming, but the highlight of our visit was undoubtedly Michael's warm demeanor. It's not every day you encounter someone so engaged and friendly in a fast food setting!

“I have been eating at Wendy’s since the early 80s. I’ve always enjoyed a good taco salad. However, today I ordered a taco salad and why is there hybridized corn on my salad? I had to pick all of it out before I could start eating. Also, what happened to the salsa this creamy style dressing that they now give you is something I really don’t like. I’d rather the fresh salsa instead. Also it’s more calories. To my surprise today, the salad plate has also changed too much much smaller
I know prices are high salad can’t cost that much! They also changed the standard chips they used to have for some type of season chips. They’re OK, but I still like the original triangular shaped chips. I also noticed that the chili it’s more beans than anything else. It still taste OK but lots and lots of beans so if you can’t digest beans while I would suggest bypassing that.
I’m quite disappointed because of course the prices have gone up, but I’m getting less quality I think in my overall meal. However, I do like the new team uniforms. I guess that’s where my money is going?“

“We had amazing service here! Kudos to the guys working the drive through this morning. We went through with a large breakfast order and they were so great about it. Super nice, they double and triple checked to make sure everything was right even after they brought the food out to us. I would happily go back!“

“Dealing with the horrible robots to place an order is absolutely atrocious! I just wanted a classic Dave's double cheeseburger. Unfortunately I had to push 45 buttons just to get one. On top of that it doesn't give you a receipt and if your boss is paying for all of your lunches you might need a receipt. When you ask the staff behind the counter if you can get a receipt they're so happy to give you one lol“
