“I recently dined here with my three young kids and wow! What a refreshing fat food experience! The customer service from the entire staff was truly incredible. Every employee we encountered was kind, attentive, and seemed to genuinely take pride in their work, which is so rare and refreshing to see.

They went above and beyond in small but meaningful ways, from making sure we were aware of a freshly mopped wet floor to kindly warning my young kids that the chicken tenders were hot. Those thoughtful details really stood out and made us feel cared for as customers.

“Bought dinner on 3-19-26. Ordered a Dave's single, baconater meal and a 3 piece chicken strips. Amazingly my order was correct vs Mc across the street I'm having to constantly check food every single time I order. Staff was friendly drive thru was efficient.“

“They forgot my sons toy a month or so ago, I called and when I got there they gave me an extra one for my troubles 😊 Also handled some horrible lady in the drive thru laying on her horn very kind and respectfully. The girls that have helped me are always super sweet!“

“If you want the best fast-food burrito around, try their Bacon Breakfast Burrito! It’s everything you need (a generous medley of eggs, bacon, seasoned potatoes & queso) all wrapped up in a large flour tortilla. You can’t miss with this one!“

“Took my grandsons to get the new drinks here, almost all the sodas were empty in the self serve soda machine. When I told the girl behind the counter she didn't look at me to acknowledge me I couldn't even hear her response. My grandson then ask her if they had the Fanta Lime back there and she told him she could check, and she did return to get his cup and fill it for him, but It's unfortunate that some help just are not very nice, that they feel its ok to be rude to customers.“

“My sister in law and I arrived early for breakfast. We were greeted instantly by an employee named Jeannie. The restaurant was clean and inviting. It was well kept which beckons one to sit and stay awhile. We had not had a breakfast at Wendy’s before so Jeannie, our server offered some delicious options. She took her time with us explaining how they prepared the breakfasts. We went with the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant meal. It was absolutely delicious! What a nice twist for breakfast! We both agreed we would have this again. This employee doesn’t know how her simple act of kindness in greeting us on entry, chatting with us on our breakfast options and then making sure we were happy with our purchase made our day. From start to finish our visit was great. Thanks Wendy’s and thank you Jeannie!“

“I order here frequently since they opened this location. I order without a bun with varying extras. They get it all correct (except the napkin option,) it is usually hot, and sometimes the staff are friendly. I wish I didn't have to take the drive through time to check and beg for receipts and napkins. Still over the top better than the Burger King down the street and in East AJ.“
