Wendy's in Phoenix

“November 2025. WENDY'S. Breakfast deals at 2 item choices for $3 is nice. Choices are English muffins or biscuits with meat or egg and cheese. You can choose the seasoned potatoes as one of the items and they are good. Seniors get a free small soda. Service was a little slow as the employee was working on morning preparations at Wendy's. Their large seating area was spacious and, since I was dining in, I was able to watch the local news and weather forecast. The floor was quite sticky in the dining area. The ladies restroom had 2 toilets and 1 sink. Paper towels and toilet paper were available. I did like this Wendy's location.“

“Quality food at a decent price. The service was friendly and the food was cooked to order. The spicy chicken sandwich was tender, juicy, and flavorful and the fries were served fresh and piping hot. A really good meal. The restaurant was clean.“

“Had just gone for a nuclear stress test which took hours. Had no5hing to eat from the previous days breakfast. Anyway when I left the facility I spotted Wendy's and thought I'd pull in for a quick meal. I was in the drive thru and ordered the 4coiece chicken fingers and French fries. Paid my $11.11 and off I drove for my 1 hour drive back home c the traffic was almost at a standstill but I managed to start eating my fries then a chicken finger. I've got to admit that the chicken fingers were the best I have eaten. Big, moist and well seasoned. I finished everything within 5 miles of crawl driving. Took 1 1/2 hours to get home but I was good content. I must say Wendy's serves up a great chicken tender. I will remember that the next time I want chicken tenders and a hot fresh meal. 👍“

“It was really quiet and peaceful inside. I got my food pretty quickly and the employees were really polite and friendly. It wasn't crowded either. I would definitely recommend this Wendy's over a lot of them that I've been too.“

“I always get the same thing, a sour cream and chive baked potato and a cup of chili. Their potatoes are cooked perfectly almost every time.
My only disappointment is that they don’t offer a side salad anymore. There are often times I want a small salad, not a $9 or $10 salad, with my baked potato.
3 Stars for the atmosphere, it used to look nicer, and they had more booths with padded seating. It looks more like a classroom with wooden tables and chairs.“

“I've been here twice. The service is very good and the burgers are nice and meaty. The price is right so U cant go wrong? Right?
I was gonna get a junior cheeseburger and they offered me one better. For only $4.00 got a nice thick patty with lettuce tomato and onions. Thanks Wendy's. I'll be back again for more yummy burgers.“

“I had the great plessure to meet the very nice lady working the drive tru window named Ana. Her energy was beyond this world and always had a smile while attending me and my family during our wait. its rare to get treated with such positive energy and get great customer service in todays world thank you very much Ana for the great service you made our expirience with wendys great again 🙂“

“They have the maple bacon croissant sandwhich, which is amazing. The fries are always good, BUT the coffee. They need to get new cups or add an extra layer to hold on to. I'm desperately layering the cup with napkins/receipts/whatever I can find just to carry it to my gate - like every time I get a coffee from here.“

Stay away from this particular Wendy’s it’s Horrible!!!!!!!

“I want to recognize the manager Diana. I hope I got her name right. Wendy's is my FAVORITE fast food restaurant and I absolutely love the Daves double combo and strawberry or watermelon lemonade so that's what I always get. One one occasion I ordered from DoorDash and my burger came with bacon, COLD FRIES for me and the kids meal and spicy nuggets when I ordered regular for my toddler and DOOR DASH REFUSED to refund my money even though I sent pics! The total was $27! Way more than it would have been if I just went to get it myself. And yesterday my combo had COLD fries once again and an extremely messy burger with soggy bread. Without any hesitation, she immediately opted to replace BOTH orders and was very kind and sympathetic. I wasn't even expecting her to do anything about the DoorDash order. Great customer service isn't easy to find nowadays but I really appreciated how she treated me as a customer and I most certainly will continue to enjoy my favorite combo!“

“This location of Wendy's is by far the best around my house. I avoid the other one on Tatum by pv Mall like the plague but this one? Phenomenal service, the entire crew regardless of time of service is professional and courteous (specifically the drive through). I will continue coming to this Wendy's for my quick fast food fix.“

“Wendy's is always a solid choice, but my recent visit was made exceptional because of an employee named Annalysa! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and was super helpful in navigating the menu. I was having a hard time deciding, and she offered some great suggestions. My order was prepared quickly and perfectly, and Annalysa even checked to make sure I had everything I needed before I left. It's rare to find such outstanding customer service these days. Thanks to Annalysa, my lunch was a total win!“

I can tell that the employees here go above and beyond.
They are so polite, my food is always fresh and prepared quickly, and both the dining room and restrooms are consistently clean.
I have seen some terrible fast food restaurants, this Wendy's is NOT one of them!“

“We came in here with our adaptive crew during lunch and the staff were absolutely amazing. They were patient with our ordering, the food came out so fast, and the manager (Marci) was encouraging her team and was so positive. 10/10 recommend this location“

-80% if the time they were make the food when you order it so its very fresh though that comes with a ~5-10minute wait which is still quite fast, if i ever have a problem they go above to fix it whether it be upgrading my shake from a small to a large, giving me an extra large and fresh fry, or by making sure the chicken in the sandwhich is fresh and still over 145⁰ 🤙 all of these are 100% the reason why i keep coming back. Though wendys charges $0.50 per ranch which is terrible and a bit greedy, however their ranch is my favorite ranch on earth so of course imma pay it everytime 😐 but that lowers the rating since the price for a normal meal + shake + ranch upcharge is more expensive then any local competition. Outside the 20% of time when my food is 10-15minutes old vs fresh I haven't had any major issues or complaints and every employee ive met is actually kind to me as far as ive experienced :)“

“Now when it comes to the food 10/5. But it is just sad is the customer service through the drive through. IDK if these girls get bullied or what but attitudes always. They're pretty but act like they are forced to be there. No I don't expect a huge smile but I'm there contributing to your pay check, my service keeps your job. I love my spicy chicken sandwich. The food is always how I ask at times, I just have to be very specific or they will just blow you off if you ask or tell them how or like extra of something. I know there is a new store so now I try to avoid this one. What's crazy my real first job was working at Wendy's in Goodyear. Many years ago but not EVER gave attitude, hell I'd have people try to get me to leave and work elsewhere. 5 years with Wendy's till something better came along.“

“Bam Bam was very friendly and attentive. She made me smile. She offered suggestions on different menu items for the best deal. My baked potato was hard and she replaced it immediately. I had enough condiments for the potato and large chili. She is an asset to have as an employee. She goes above and beyond to make sure the customer smiles and is happy. Very friendly.
