They're very fast and it's good.
Annie was an absolute joy. I arrived late into Phoenix and we stopped by to get some food. Annie's calm, sweet, joyful & super delightful voice was very kind from the intercom. Then to meet her at the window was even brighter. Superior customer service! She's an asseset to this establishment and will go far. To the person who prepared the meals, everything was hot & fresh. Thank you
They allow their employees to park in the handicap parking spots. Without a placard. They want you to place your order not knowing how their system works and many times I've messed up my own order and I had to pay for my food no discount. They expect us to do their job and we still pay full price. Just not good.

Wendy's is a friendly and efficient fast-food restaurant. The staff is welcoming, working hard to ensure exceptional service. The food is great, with generous ingredients and a clean environment. Managers effectively handle staff and customers. The inside is kept clean and well maintained, including the bathrooms, making it a pleasant place to stop. It is especially convenient for travelers passing by on the i-10. The restaurant offers quick service, and the employees are polite and friendly. Customers appreciate that they sometimes receive straws while waiting for their food, which makes the experience more convenient. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, providing a relaxing environment. While the fresh cooked food is good, some breakfast items that sit for a while may not be recommended. Overall, Wendy's is a popular choice in Phoenix, with a focus on quality and a variety of healthy options like salads.
