This is a first time experience for me. You see, I'm used to getting I don't give a sh_t experience when I go to a fast food establishment. But not today Saturday 9/30/23 at 1pm. Staff is exceptional and food was TV perfect. Not thrown together like a bondfire. You should be proud of yourself. You take pride in what you do. I let my food get cold to write this so you must have been great. Thank you. Only 1 thing left to do. Bring back the old French fries
Horrible experience the staff was rude to customers in the lobby and drive through the management were extremely rude and unprofessional towards employees all orders took over 10-15 mins per order and the food was anything excellent it was cold and disgusting I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS LOCATION AVOID IT!

This Wendy’s is my favorite because the staff is friendly, humorous and knows how to get the job done. They work really hard to make the store exceptional. Food comes out great, they are never stingy with ingredients. Place is clean, and they know how to keep busy. Managers know how to handle staff and customers greatly. Would come back more often. My favorite fast food place in Phoenix.
