Cierra the manager was AWESOME!! Provided nothing but customer service and friendliness! Everything my sister and I asked for for us as well as our children was provided and more!! She even gave our babies a frosty!! Will be back when I’m in this area! All staff at this location was nice and gave us great customer service!
Associate was super courteous, well spoken, and got my order right. But the location was out of chili. Why do they never have chili anymore? Unfortunately, if chili was your goal, the drive-thru is not your friend because you won't realize it is a no-goal until you are pinned in by other customers, due to the length and design of the drive thru lane.Want chili? It's Wendy's. Great customer service and I must say that Wendy's has stepped their game up. Ghost ranch is fire and the BBQ sauce is is better than any other fast food chain and probably most store bought BBQ sauce.
