They swiped my card for my order and someone else's order. I have two different charges and they refused to return my money even though I showed them the transactions. They said call your bank and have them fix it. I will never again go to that Wendy's. I still don't know if I will ever get my money back for the other order they charged me for. Just dealing with my bank now. Bunch of idiots that work there.

Another fast food drive through filled with exactly who should be working drive throughs… uneducated non thinkers. How hard is it to hold the pickles. I even did an online app order where it clearly says NO PICKLE but the employees are robots they see a pic of how a hamburger is assembled and do that with absolutely no ability to think outside the box nor do they know how to use critical thinking. To the entire Wendy’s staff I just dealt with here. Just stay there. You’ve hit your peak in your meaningless lives where you can’t take a fraction of a second to read the details of an order. A preorder at that. I spent $24 and want it back. And I will continue to email every outlet til I find out who runs that WENDYs and I will get a refund. I sit at a computer all day I can automate emails to corp. I threw away the entire order. Even the drinks sucked.

This is what happens when you staff people who don't speak the same language. Diversity is your ultimate weakness when you never get sauce, butter, sour cream, or crackers. The bare minimum. This place sucks.

Ordered 2 plain chicken sandwiches meals.Ist attempt I received cheeseburgers with bacon.I went back to let them know ky order was incorrect 2nd attempt I received chicken sandwiches with bacon3rd try I finally received the plain chicken sandwiches I initially ordered.There was a bossy lady there I assume was a shift lead or supervisor the way she talked down to employees was horrible. I felt bad for them.We do not eat Bacon that's what made it harder and after 3 attempts at no time was I asked to have my fries or chicken nuggwtsxswappws for fresh ones as I was too busy getting the orders right for my twins.

As soon as I got in line, a lady worker sneezed loudly onto her hand right over the bags/napkins/fries area without making an attempt to avoid any of that… I watched for a few seconds what would happen next, and she proceded to bag the next order. I walked right out of there. That didn’t just happen randomly that seems more like a habit, very careless about the harm to others. I wonder how many times it happens throughout the day.Just for public awareness and if anyone in management, franchise owner, corporate or food safety cares. This happened 2/15/24 around 7:15 PM

It's Wendy's. Great customer service and I must say that Wendy's has stepped their game up. Ghost ranch is fire and the BBQ sauce is is better than any other fast food chain and probably most store bought BBQ sauce.
