Having to wait 15-20 min for a drink is beyond me. With only 3 cars infront of me.
Johnny is amazing. The way he took my order and way he speaks he could have sold me anything. He is such a good worker with great customer service skills. Thank you johnny
I’ll start by saying that I don’t normally do reviews; however, I need to say Andrea gave exceptional customer service experience at 35th and Bethany. Not only was she kind but she also remembered my drink order EXACTLY as well as offering one of the food items I regularly order.

This Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. The location is convenient, but service can be inconsistent. Some employees provide outstanding customer service. For example, ASHLEY was really pleasant and made a customer’s day with her kindness. TYLER went above and beyond when a daughter had an accident with her drink, cleaning up the spill and checking if she was ok. NATALIE responded with kindness to a frustrated customer, explaining they are short staffed and completely turning their mood around. However, other experiences are negative. One customer’s drink was messed up 3 times in the drive thru. Another reported that a girl seemed very peeved when they ordered in the drive thru line, giving attitude. Additionally, the employees who open the store are never on time, sometimes don’t answer the drive thru, or just plain will not serve customers. Despite these issues, the store still asks for tips, which some find frustrating. Overall, service quality depends heavily on which employee is working.
