It’s a tradition for our family to try local coffee shops when we travel somewhere new, and this seemed like such a fun little place until the barista acted like it was a burden to take and make our order. She literally slammed each drink onto the counter as they were prepared and two drinks were not even correct when we received them! It’s too bad I had already generously tipped her. We will not be returning and I would not recommend this place because of the service.

Barista was rude and treated me like I was stupid. The latte tasted like sink water… not what you want in a coffee, especially when you are paying 6+ dollars for it.. and that’s before I tipped her. Will not go again horrible experience.

Two baristas working this afternoon with no one in line when my wife and I approached. We said hi and I immediately picked up on a negative vibe from service window worker.Wife ordered the Sonoran spiced cocoa - no flavor, no spice and luke warm at best.I ordered an extra hot mocha, easy on mocha syrup- I asked if they had sugar free cocoa and got a wide eyed “nope.” Must have been a challenge to make my order since it took quite a while to receive.Asked if they offered military discount and got another “nope!” with an eye roll!!Nasty rude service. Weak tasteless warm drinks.Would we try again?Nope!!
Yesterday, I saw this cute little coffee place and wanted to order a coffee with my friend. The employee opened the window friendly, but as soon as she heard our foreign accents (I am German), she became snappy. I asked if I was allowed to park my car in the parking area, and she responded in a rude tone, 'There is no other place to park, obviously,' then she laughed at me and gave me a weird look as I asked something stupid. I read another review where the barista made a comment about somebody's face. It seems this might not be the first time she's been rude to customers. There are actually several reviews about the barista being rude. I wonder why she is still there. If she's consistently annoyed dealing with customers, I would suggest considering another job where she might be happier and more comfortable interacting with people.

I was SO excited to see this coffee shop on our trip today to Mt. Lemmon! I saw they had Spiced Sonoran Cocoa, and stood in line.Sadly...after waiting for 35 minutes in line behind 3 people, I recieved my Cocoa. It was lukewarm, had no flavor and essentially tasted of barely warm milk. There was one poor girl who was working who had no idea what she was doing. At this point there was 10 people in line and waiting for a refund or remake wasn't worth it or even a possibility.Lesson learned, don't leave the window until you try your drink.

The barista made a comment about my face extremely loudly as my boyfriend and I were walking away. That was the rudest I’ve ever been treated in my life when we were nothing but nice to her and I even tipped her. I will never return here and do not recommend coming here at all.
