I went to the front counter today to order a cookie and the girl working was counting credit card receipts. I waited for her to respond to me waiting to order. She said hello in a soft voice and went back to her receipt counting. I waited for her to ask me for my order which she didn’t so I turned around and walked out. I’ve come here years ago and hopefully next time they pay attention to their customers! Very disappointing!
We love this place so much. The warm cookies are amazing and huge! It's so beautiful and quite up there. A must go to place.
Visited on a Saturday so it was pretty busy but not to be missed. Cookies were amazing!
