Diego did a great job making 2 milkshake for us he was very pleasant had a great attitude we really enjoyed talking to him.
Very orderly. At other shops it's kind of a free-for-all, stand here, stand there. order then wait to pay. One of the attentive servers directed us to place the order/pay/then wait by the counter. Best Mangonada ever. Well worth the trip.

The coffee is good, but it can be hit or miss depending on who makes it. The quality of service also seems to depend on what time of day you go. Orders are sometimes incorrect, and there is one employee with red or pink hair who can be very rude when taking orders and processing payments. The ice cream is good, though.
