“I have always liked the food at Freddy's. Burgers, fries, onion rings, cheese curds, and of course, Freddy's sauce. The place is usually pretty clean. I'm getting older and the music is too loud. My biggest issue has always been the service. Most days, it is pretty bad the counter people are rude and very condescending. The cooks are not much better. Heaven forbid you have an issue (like burnt food) and ask to speak to a manager. They have to come out of the office and do something. He was not friendly or polite. The funny part was that both he and the cook acted like I burnt the burger. When it was done, the counter tossed it at me. Stayed away for a while, but like I said, I really like the food. Counter people still have no clue what friendly customer service is about, but I like the food. I don't eat the ice cream, can't talk about that.“
