My husband and I had a great experience at Peppers. The wait staff (especially Iona and Anthony) were friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. I got the warm Gorgozala salad with perfect steak and my husband got a delicious Southwest Chicken soup with a Caesar salad.

We sat at the bar and were invited not with what do you like to drink but from the bar server that she is busy and did not ask what we would like to drink until we probed her 15 mins later. She did not have any problems with serving others, so what type of service you get depends on if they like you 😂

A very bad decision to eat here. I am still wondering why are they this expensive - a plate of fish-n-chips costed me 20 bucks. Really.. one of the places just 2 miles away was giving a better quality fish-n-chip for $12. To top it up their service and people are non-cooperative

This breakfast is pricy for the same buffet breakfast you’d get for free anywhere else - not to mention we had our kiddos with us so it made our party 6, which added an automatic 19% gratuity. It’s a buffet, all the staff did was seat us and bring us drinks at the beginning.

No hello, no normal formal communication. And when you ask something you almost feel bad for asking it to them.
Next morning with the breakfast there is awesome service and nice hostility.
We enjoyed the food!

$65 for 2 meals that made us feel sick. The staff was unorganized, understaffed, and unable to help everyone. Even with breakfast vouchers, we decided to eat somewhere else in the morning.

This place definitely needs help. One bartender ran around trying to help all his guests. While other individuals were doing absolutely nothing better than washing glasses. Instead of helping guests. He was rude and didn't care for us our other guests. I would never try this place for breakfast, dinner, or dessert. The warm brownie was burnt on the bottom. Would have been better with the ice cream over the top of the brownie. The coffee was overfilled. Left no room for creamer.
