INDIBAR Reviews
Absolutely delicious dinner - a perfect introduction to Indian food from someone who’s always been intimidated to try it. The tenderness of the chicken in the butter chicken changed my life hahaha
Jonah was amazing, we sat at the bar and he knew everything about the menu and walked us through everything! Our favorites were the pizza small plate and the butter chicken. We will be coming back again soon.
This place is amazing, my husband and I have been dying to go here, we ordered the pani puri starter, along with the masala fries. Both were so yummy. The keema dosa was super good we were very happy with it. We ordered the Rogan Josh curry as our main and we were impressed. We met the chef Nigel. He is very talented. Our waiter was very nice and his name started with a V. The chef sent us a complimentary dish, the lentil and aloo tiki and lentil soup, 10/10.

INDIBAR offers a fantastic Indian dining experience characterized by authentic flavors, beautiful presentation, and warm ambiance. Despite being located in a strip mall, the restaurant creates an atmosphere that makes guests forget their surroundings. The food is often described as Michelin-grade, with many reviews praising its similarity to dishes found in North India, Punjab, and Delhi. Signature dishes like Dal Bukhara, homestyle butter chicken with garlic naan, and Tandoori platter with lamb chop and prawn are highly recommended, often praised for their perfect spice mix, smoky flavor, and traditional taste. The chef’s tasting menu provides a wide variety of flavors, making it accessible even for those unfamiliar with Indian cuisine.
The restaurant also excels in offering a range of dishes with thoughtful fusion touches that elevate the authentic experience. Desserts such as chai latte ice cream with Parle-G cookies, bread pudding, and Phirnis served in clay pots add to the memorable experience. The Filter Kaapi (South Indian coffee) is a highlight, intriguing guests with its traditional style. Service is consistently described as wonderful, knowledgeable, and friendly, with staff providing great recommendations and personal interactions, including the chef coming out to introduce himself.
The ambiance varies from a lively, upscale setting to a more low-key, beautifully decorated room, perfect for conversations and special occasions. Many reviewers express excitement to return, eager to explore more dishes, including suggestions for Bengali cuisine. Overall, INDIBAR stands out as a top-tier Indian restaurant outside of India, combining authentic flavors, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
