Today was my first time at this Domino's, I could not have been more impressed not only with my pizza purchase, but also how quickly they perfected my black olive pan pizza.
As usual, consistentcy is the standard of practice for Domino's, however, this Domino's is located right on Riverside in the the retail area, talk about location, location, location!! The constant specials and discount coupons make having their pizza a no brainer.
Parking is right and tight to the building, so no long walks with boxes. Wheelchair accessible parking and entry make for good ADA compliance (thank you).
Walking in, very clean, tidy, and easy checkout process.
Customer Service.... Absolutely fantastic from the young man who greeted me the moment i walked in, professional, well-groomed,
well-spoken and good eye contact (there are just some things that truly make a difference, like clean looking hands/nails which this cashier had, I appreciate cleaniliness right along with an employee that clearly takes pride in his work and presence👍)!!!
Every Domino's that i go to, i always order pan style crust with black olives or mushrooms, this was a work of art, not one bit of it was anything less than perfect. The pizza tracker on the app let me know when it went in the oven and when it would be done, i arrived within 2 minutes of the estimated completion time, and Boom, there it was for me to carryout.
This is a 10 gold star Domino's!
They'll be seeing me on the regular due to my pizza passion, even though i live some distance away, yet, I'm in Parker regularly.

I had one pretty negative experience though that seemed pretty unprofessional. I ordered an iced coffee drink, and when I got the order she had made the wrong thing. She insisted that because the new drink I wanted cost more than the one she rang me up for (by $1), that I need to pay for an entirely new drink to get the one I ordered. I asked if I could get refunded for the original drink or just pay the difference, but she said I have to purchase a whole new drink. I totally get paying for a new drink if I ordered the wrong thing, but I ordered the correct thing and had to pay $11 for one drink. I left the other drink on the counter. This just seemed pretty unprofessional, and I have never once encountered an instance where I have to pay for two separate items from a place because of an error on their side. Just left a bad taste in my mouth.“
