Was really good and consistent before it was sold a while back . I eat there all the time always different people working that don't speak or understand English well . Get wrong order all the time and food is never the same . If you go in on taco Tuesday at 5:30pm they are out of beef and chicken . They tell you should come in earlier . Don't think I will go back .

Was greeted by Pam and she was kind and very helpful ...not to mention very pretty ....lol ...we ordered our food and it was brought out very fast and hot and was delicious...ill definitely be coming back for the good food and to see the pretty smile on Pam's face ....lol

Alibertos is usually really good, but lately we have been ordering something other than burritos and carne asada and 2 out of 3 times it has sucked. Today we ordered the mar y terria parillada(surf and turf platter) and Chicken enchiladas with green sauce. First off we didn't get chicken enchiladas they were regular cheese enchiladas but the cheese inside was still shredded and cold as if straight from the fridge. The surf n turf didn't come with tortillas, the meat was really dry, and there was only the smallest spoonful of beans. This is a disappointment because last time we ordered something different (chicken tacos) the shredded chicken looked like it had been left under the heat lamp for multiple days it was so dry it was inedible. We usually love alibertos and choose it over any other Mexican food joint in town. But if all they can do good is burritos, we might have to choose other places when we want something different.

I ordered ahead through grubhub. When I get there the lady claims to not have the order. I showed her the order on my phone and still says she doesnt have it and won't even make the food after I showed her the proof. She acted like she didn't understand anything. Don't waste your time. This place sucks! **(update)** I contacted grubhub and they said the merchant rejected the order. These people are inconsiderate and rude!

This place is amazing. They have a great selection of delicious food. Anything birria I've had here is amazing and everyone that works here is very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone in Payson looking for great authentic Mexican food!
