My wife did an online order and ordered shakes, when I got there to pick up the order, the employee said “we already took it apart to start cleaning the machine.” Then continues saying “she can go online and get a refund for the shakes.” So I get home and we end up trying to get the refund, there is no way of getting the refund for the shakes… jack in the box stole money from my family and won’t answer the phone so I can talk to someone… unless you want to lose your money, I would not go to this jack in the box. 🤷🏻♂️

I love Jack In The Box tacos! I know they are different, but they are the best. They are greasy and cheap and wonderful. We can't get them where we live, so whenever we visit a place that has them we get them. I also like the jumbo jacks with secret sauce.

I ordered a Jumbo Jack with cheese and French fries. The fries were pretty good with the Jumbo Jack was cold, no warmth to it at all!

Well it started right away when I entered the restaurant and the guy at the front counter was talking to himself about how he knew he was God. It got worse but I'll keep that to myself. The food was cold and twice I had to tell them they forgot my tacos. The first time was ok but after I told you that you forgot my tacos and then you put two fries in a bag and handed it to me and said sorry here's your tacos so I walked out to find I have to go back in because these are Fry's. Can't believe it.
Food always tastes fresh when we stop here. The young lady working the window was super friendly and polite.

We went through the drive-thru, so I can't speak of the atmosphere. We got 4 tacos and they were cold. I was really disappointed. Usually Jack-in-the-Box serves their food hot. We were just passing through ehoke traveling and the line was long, but that's no excuse for serving cold tacos.

This is the absolute worst food I have had at a jack in the box. There was meat on only half of the tacos, the chicken sandwich had one TINY dot of mayo on it. The burger only had cheese on it and we didn’t ask for modifications on it. If I wasn’t caring a trailer I would have came back and got a refund. This is absolutely not okay. I spent way too much money on this food for it to be terrible. Do better.
