Took over 10 minutes with 2 cars in front of me that were already waiting. The cheeseburger didnt have pickles or mustard but they decided to add mayo. The jumbo jack didnt have pickles and they added mustard. On top of that they were out of nuckets and paid $7 for 3 chicken strips. Not even a discount. Major fail! If i lived here I'd get my money back but i dont so i will never stop at this location while traveling through again.

Just got a bunch of tacos that all have expired lettuce on them and everything else about the taco looked crappy too and they even had an AWFUL smell to them. Definitely never coming back.

Clean, fast and friendly service. Food was prepared well.
Ordered $50 worth of food for delivery, was missing 4 major items, a drink, an order of large fries, a 7 piece jalapeño poppers and mini churros. Tried to call them to ask about the missing food, got sent to voicemail twice and the third they picked up but nobody spoke and then hung up. Absolutely terrible service, was really looking forward to the food to.
I went today if we are talking about Payson JITB....took 1 bite of cheeseburger and realized bun was old [or stale...] And burger was cold. Cheese wasn't melted. Usually eat it and move on but instead I got in drive-thru line and turned it in to cashier. VERY kind manager gave me fries as a substitute and refused payment. Because of her concern I WILL try it again while passing thru Payson.
Parking: Not too many choices as it is in such a busy area with traffic all around

Food was outstanding. Their tacos are awesome. So are the egg rolls. Got a bonus Jack too. I used to order those decades ago before they took them off the menu. It wasn't the same but ok for the price. Not sure why but the service was really slow.

Good food a little slow comming out but freindly staff made up for the wait. Unfortunately even fast food has gotten pricey. 4 sandwiches $36 no drinks or fries.

I love Jack in the box tacos and egg rolls and the app is really easy to use and still gives you 2 tacos for 99 cents. I can't tell if it's the employees doing it on purpose or if the owner just doesn't care, but you can't tell this place is open at night. The lights are off sometimes even the drive thru menu lights are off. I've mentioned it several times and each time it's a different answer. I've been told it's a timer issue but if it was a timer the lights should come on sometime before they close. Other than that I usually have good service and the food is freshly made.
