I went today if we are talking about Payson JITB....took 1 bite of cheeseburger and realized bun was old [or stale...] And burger was cold. Cheese wasn't melted. Usually eat it and move on but instead I got in drive-thru line and turned it in to cashier. VERY kind manager gave me fries as a substitute and refused payment. Because of her concern I WILL try it again while passing thru Payson.

Parking: Not too many choices as it is in such a busy area with...

Food was outstanding. Their tacos are awesome. So are the egg rolls. Got a bonus Jack too. I used to order those decades ago before they took them off the menu. It wasn't the same but ok for the price. Not sure why but the service was really slow.

I love Jack in the box tacos and egg rolls and the app is really easy to use and still gives you 2 tacos for 99 cents. I can't tell if it's the employees doing it on purpose or if the owner just doesn't care, but you can't tell this place is open at night. The lights are off sometimes even the drive thru menu lights are off. I've mentioned it several times and each time it's a different answer. I've been told it's a timer issue but if it...
