So, asked for simple oil and vinegar on the side. I watched it being put in a container, but went ahead and put same solution on sandwich. By the time I got home bread was soggy. Also, there was so much oregano it burnt my tongue! You suck. Do better!

They take over an hour to delivery food ANYWHERE in town. when you call they say “hopefully we can get it to you soon” this has happened to us 3 times now.

I may be mistaken, but I always thought a BLT consisted of bacon, lettuce, and tomato. (Salt,pepper, mayo as preferred) I hope im not going crazy here because no tomatoes were afforded upon my otherwise delicious sandwich. Are tomatoes in high demand during October or something like that? I'm thankful that I am able to express freedom of choice and can afford food such as this and for this I am grateful for the many people who work hard to provide consistent service throughout our states of America and hope to see it united again someday soon.

Jimmy John's is the best franchise deli sub sandwich in Payson. Friendly and courteous staff. The mobile app is quick, easy to use with great deals. Conveniently located off Az Hwy 260, with plenty of parking and easy access for large vehicles.

Bread is great as always but the store menu hasn't been updated so our order was wrong. When we tried to get it fixed, we were treated rudely by the girl with the long dark braid. Also, several items in the store were broken and the bathrooms were a mess.
The sandwiches are OK. Biggest complaint I would have is they don't have pastrami. How does a sandwich shop not have pastrami?
