stopped for lunch on the way back to the valley, beautiful location for a relaxing meal. creek runs right next to the outdoor seating, and lots of fun decor. food was delicious, from chipotle chicken wrap and mushroom soup of the day to pretzel bites and loaded potato skins

Patience is the key here. The service seems to be getting slower each time we visit. Last weekend the burgers and a wraps took over an hour and a half after ordering - I know because my friend just ASU when we sat down but they met us at the landmark as the food was delivered to the table!
It is an open air place with outside sitting that has lots of umbrellas to keep you mostly shaded and conversations are easily understood. Unfortunately if you are a non-smoker...

The food is amazing! I’ve been coming here for years and the food just keeps getting better. You can’t get better atmosphere and the weather is perfect. Live music, cold beer and just great people.
