The place is excellent and very clean. Everything was very good except that they gave me a two-pack of coffee and they left the second one there and forgot. I came last min to get a coffee. I ordered a Iced macchiato the worker said they shut down their coffee machine. I was pretty bummed I didn’t know what else’s to order she surprised me with some kind of fancy drink with caffeine. It taste amazing got me wired threw work I don’t catch a name but it was the younger blonde lady thank you very much!

I step into bashas to starbuck's but ,it was closed. The on-line said closes at 9 p.m.but,it was already closed .:( every starbucks in payson was closed.they was all out with the chickens ?.lol. ?ha ha.

There are three Starbucks in town, two are drive through and I would much rather go to this particular Starbucks. The ladies are super friendly and know us by name! They never mess up our drinks which is a huge plus and are always wonderful to talk to. :) Keep being awesome ladies.

Ordered a pumpkin spice latte. Got a swap water with a touch of pumpkin. With a bonus sprinkling of your bothering me.Honestly why would anyone go here.Terrible though and through but they were convenient.

Beautiful big shop but employees were not your typical helpful “Starbucks style” =stellar customer service and friendliness, that I’m used to. I stopped by on a rainy day on my way through to Scottsdale. The check out girl was curt and evening though I repeated my order, they didn’t get it correct, and ignored me when I mentioned it, so I just left. My drink did not taste very good, as it usually does, either. There were only 2 customers at the time and 3 employees, so I was surprised. Not the Starbucks I usually experience, but it was a snap shot in time. Hopefully they’ll improve bc it is a great location.
