We've been eating here since this place was originally opened. Sometimes they nail it. Other times things could be improved. But tonight? Our food was absolutely perfect! My salad was fresh and crispy. The Panang curry had a perfect level of spice. But they added an extra cup of Chili oil in case it wasn't spicy enough. The Almond Coconut curry was also perfect. The bamboo was perfectly cooked and melt in your mouth. The fried chicken was perfectly cooked and crispy....
Overall this was a nice stop in Payson that isn’t a chain. I would come back.
