W & Z Asian bistro & sushi bar

Disgusting order the sweet sour chicken and it just came out with chicken had to paid extra for the fried rice which was dried. I iterally regret coming here. Beef pepper was not good either bell pepper was not cooked and very bland. The only good thing was the pot stickers. When ask how the food was I gave an honest answer and it was laugh at.

The lady at the front was super rude she was making rude faces and rude comments, so we left to the other sushi place there in payson and thank God we did because it was amazing together with the service.

Have eaten there several times, always fresh and delicious. Did a large takeout for New Year's day..EVERYONE LOVED IT!! Wei was excellent and completed my order exactly the way I needed it. Was very helpful and kind.
When eating in all staff is efficient and friendly. Place is clean and comfortable as well.

I’ve tried just about everything on the menu, and have never had a bad meal! Food is excellent.

Vegetarian options: I do eat seafood.

Recommended dishes: Smoked Salmon, Tofu Eggplant Curry, Soup

Staff was attentive and fast. Ordered a sushi platter, sake and some rice. The food was good except the salmon didn't really taste great. Tuna was kicken and I loved the snapper. Always came to check on you and they were not too invasive so you still enjoyed your meal.

I just order the Pad Thai . I also ordered the house special fried rice and the chicken tasted like it was literally boiled with no flavoring whatsoever and the beef tasted more like fish than anything to say I couldn't eat this stuff is an understatement. I really enjoy true Asian cuisine And Pad Thai is my favorite but I will never go near this place again over $60 down the toilet literally!

Best sushi, price and staff attentiveness weve EVER had! I wish their was one in Tucson. We would drive up to Payson just dinner at W&Z Asian bistro.

Always so good! This restaurant is one of the few in Payson that has consistantly good food. Many years of wonderful meals from these people. Even during the pandemic the food was exceptional. In a small town with just a few "good" food options W2 Asian Bistro is a marvelous choice over the "normal" for Payson restaurants. And it's less expensive than the fast food options.
