“Best customer service I've seen in a while. We placed an order online for pick-up and were given the wrong order, but we didn't realize it until we got home. The manager was so great and insisted on bringing my order. I order from there several times a week, and I've never had any issues with them. Always excellent customer service and quality drinks.“
“The customer service at the Arrowhead location is phenomenal. Another location had lost my order and the staff at Arrowhead could have just brushed me off or pawned me back in the location that dropped the ball. Instead they took their time to help me by calling other stores to locate the missing order and even followed up to make sure everything was taken care of.“

“Super clean atmosphere, Super Friendly & Fast Service, & amazing drinks! I've had some horrible super expensive drinks in the valley but, thus place knows what they are doing with their ingredients ratio’s! Had a Pineapple Whip & got my fiance with Chrohn’s a Pink Flamingo w/ Tumeric & Ginger! Wish I got the name of the person who helped me, she was awesome!“
