Pizza and service is sometimes good. When there is a sporting event its been horrible! Since they've moved to their new location the quality and service has dramatically gone down. Sometimes they don't even answer the phone. The young staff has an attitude towards people. This is the dirty box the pizza came in. I can only imagine how dirty the station is to make and cook pizzas.
They do not know how to keep up or time magage on a busy day. Go somewhere else.

The new location has much better parking and better seating. Much more room entering and ordering. Only issue is witnessed each visit is delivery drivers are being forced some time to pick up at the end-of-life counter by salad bar causing congestion at kitchen door.

Barros is a hometown favorite. No matter which Phoenix location we choose, they are always consistent as far as food quality and service.
We appreciate their daily specials.
