When we want ice cream, we make the trip to the Baskin Robbin’s on El Mirage Road. There are other locations closer but this location stands out!! No the ice cream, the sherbet doesn’t taste any better at this location than any other! But it seems to. Why? Because of the staff! It is very well managed and the customer service shines through and through. The young people who work there are outstanding and it shows in their disposition. They are always polite...
I took my kids there after school for a little treat and it was so clean/well kept! The employees were so nice and helpful, and the owner went out of his way to help us get our big order ready so we could all enjoy our ice cream together! And of course the ice cream was so good too! They had so many flavors to choose from!
Thursday after school ice cream treat for the grandkids. They always greet us as we walk in and have great customer service. We love this weekly tradition to hang with family while enjoying great ice cream.
