This was our first time here. Service was good. Meisha was nice fun and helpful with great personality. The food was great and portions huge. The owner personally came over and made sure everything was good. All in all a great experience. We will be coming back and definitely worth you trying it.

Food here is great, good selection of beer and alcohol. Servers/bartenders are very nice, HOWEVER, my only complaint is that everytime my boyfriend and I come in, we sit at the bar and it takes wayyyy too long to get our order. This is an every time issue, but ive noticed that men get served/orders taken immediately. Am i invisible? Lol no but for real.... takes 10+ mins to take food order while they stand around talking and flirting with dudes at their bar. This is not a one person issue, it's been at least 3 bartenders over the past 4-5 months

Took 2 friends that have never been to Bigs before out to lunch today. How disappointing that was. Service was awful. Burgers were way over cooked- everyone ordered medium, but there was not even a hint of pink in the burgers. Took forever to get our food and drinks, ordered 3 beers only got 2. One person didn't get his burger and fries until after everyone else had eaten, and he ordered no salt in his fries, he got ALL the salt. Our wings appetizer came out 5 mins before our food, we started to think we forgot to order them. We had to remind our waitress we were still waiting on a beer. Could never find our waitress, had to flag down other waiters to get drinks and to go boxes. Couldn't find her to get our check either, we waited 20 mins then finally had to have another waiter go get her. And no, they were not that busy. Plenty of open tables. To say our friends were not impressed was an understatement, so much for taking them out for a nice tasty lunch. Highly disappointed all around.

The food is always good and the portions are true to the name big. If you order tots or fries 1 order is probably enough for the entire table. Service is sometimes good and sometimes its not. It's just the luck of the draw I guess. Atmosphere is very laid back.
The portions are just like their name BIG! Wonderful tasting food with a beautiful presentation.
