just wanted to leave a review for Ella R. at Black Rock — she is AMAZING! She’s always so bubbly and friendly. She’s great at suggesting new drinks for me to try, and they’re always so good! On top of that, she makes my drinks super quickly and they’re always perfect. You can tell she really cares about her customers. Black Rock is lucky to have her!
Came here a couple weeks ago and it was early with a bit of a wait, but Hannah made up for it. She was SO nice and genuine (unlike some of the other girls I’ve encountered here). I was already having a bad morning and couldn’t decide on what to get so I went with her recommendations and other suggested menu items which were great.
