Your French onion soup is my wife's favorite in the Valley. My wife and her friend both ordered the sea bass which they throughly enjoyed. My other friend ordered your ribeye which he said was flavorful and cooked to perfection. I, however, order the pork chop which was inedible. I finally gave up and finished my baked potato as my meal.
Another wonderful time at Bourbon & Bones. This time for a Birthday dinner for our son. We sat in the bar at a window High Top. Uri greeted us at our table and brought water to the table. Our waitress was Castle. 2nd time having her and getting to know her a little better. She is so on top of things and knows her stuff. Kira dropped by the table to drop off our drinks and remembered us too! We met Joe - one of the managers and another assistant waiter (Asher) as well. Couldn't...
Food & service was good but the lobster mac n cheese had a shell in it. I let the server know but only an apology was given by her & she would tell the chef. No apology came from the chef themselves or even the manager, who I believe was told about the issue. I didn't pay a couple hundred of dollars to end up with a achy tooth. Customer service & attention to detail should be of the utmost importance at a high end restaurant like Bourbon & Bones. Disappointed...
