Walked in and no one said hello, we left with one item alittle unsatisfied with service but the food was good so we came back and the ladies we on theirs phones and eating openly around the customer food. Considering we are the only ones there you would think we would get better service
First of all, I’ve always LOVED Cinnabon. The thing about this place that makes it so special is Kayly. I really love Kayly. She always makes this place the best, other than her sweet personality. I definitely recommend getting helped from her, because she definitely knows how to put a smile on your face. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!! 😋
As someone from New York, I grew up around amazing dessert spots, so it’s honestly so nice to have Cinnabon Swirl + Carvel here too. The quality totally hits that nostalgic NYC standard.
