I’ve been there twice. Don’t get me wrong food is delicious but the two times I was there they had me waiting a long time. They game me wrong order number twice and would pass me by with my food asking me for my number and just passed me by and not give me my food.

My mom likes the shrimp and says it's cooked perfectly. I have the crispy chicken sandwich and fries and it's very good. The restaurant is clean and inviting.

I recently visited this establishment which is “fast food” and supposed to be considered a “casual and comfortable” experience. My experience was far from this when I was told to not sit the way I was sitting and to have my feet on the floor. I was sitting with one leg crossed under my body. Keep in mind my shoes were not touching their vinyl chairs. An employee asked me once and I obliged. Out of habit I was sitting like this again with no shoes touching the chair. Said woman came to me again and told me to change the way I was sitting. This time I simply showed her how no shoes were touching the chair. She shook her head and walked away, I left and called the manager to inform her of what had happened and how uncomfortable it felt. She was no help and simply stated “unfortunately, the general manager would have done the same thing”. I mean Wow… wish I had known I was at a Ruth Chris Steakhouse kind of environment… I mean c’mon people the shoes were in no way touching their very costly vinyl chairs. Due to this and their ridiculous “rules” my family will not be returning to this particular store. If you want a casual and enjoyable experience I would avoid this restaurant.
