I’ve been there twice. Don’t get me wrong food is delicious but the two times I was there they had me waiting a long time. They game me wrong order number twice and would pass me by with my food asking me for my number and just passed me by and not give me my food.

Amazing customer service from Hayley. Makes a good connection asking about your day. Working hard no distraction she's great. Alot of the workers were doing the same thing as well. Great job. Food here is amazing as well. Frozen custard is yummy. Love this place.

This past experience was a little disappointing. The food was great. When it came time for custard our party got a variety. One of our guests got the flavor of the day. It was half the size of everyone else's and it definitely did not look like the flavor of the day. It looked like vanilla. We asked and one person said they would remake it. Then the manager came over and said no that is definitely the flavor of the day and didn't offer any solution to the lack of "mix-ins"...
