I really like Jersey Mike’s and this location was doing pretty well until today. I ordered online and normally there are no problems. Today’s online order was a huge waste of time. Not only was my order not ready when promised (or even soon after), but they were far behind with many bags prepared for the other online orders for which they had already been paid.

The lake pleasant location ruined jersey Mike's for me until lone mountain opened up and met these 3 awesome employees!!

Giving them four stars for right now. Been here a few times and every time, there’s always some type of an issue when it comes to ordering or follow through. I think it’s just because it’s a new location and they are working out the kinks. Will definitely be trying again.
