Ordered Italian unwich. Ordered no mayo, got mayo. Wanted oil and vinegar but didn’t get that. Ordered with Jimmy peppers. Didn’t get that. The ham was not the right ham. This sandwich was horrible!! How do you screw up everything that was ordered?!

Very weird experience I had this morning, I ordered two sandwiches, two cookies and some chips for me and my friend. It gets delivered & there’s no chips. No biggie it’s just some chips. I called and asked to get the chips refunded or some random chip reward credited to us for next time because we got a majority of the food just no chips. I’m put on hold by a guy, super nice guy btw, and then the manager gets on the phone and says “that’s weird because I actually remember packing that order and there WAS chips in the bag so” like okay girl but there’s no chips here to eat I don’t know what to tell you. From there and here obviously the chips got lost or ate by your driver idk 😂 but to have some teenager with no professional skills just running that store as manager it’s just so odd. She just hung up it was the most insane thing I’ve experienced what is up with this generation 😩

Service would have been 5 stars after superior service from a girl that helped me with my order over the phone. I was going to give the driver a cash tip but it took an hour to be delivered.

Came here tonight, not even 8 pm, and the young people working here stayed the lobby was closed, sign says 9pm. They just didn't wanna work. Won't come here again.

Well I very rarely dump on a food service location as it is so hard to make any profit...for a lot of hard work
We just discovered that our new house is infested with scorpions. So we are staying in our car while they deal with the interior. We left without anything but some cash.
We arrived at this Jimmy John's location, ordered 60 dollars of food. My wife handed the man that said he was the manager a 100 dollar bill. He says " I can't except that ....it might be counterfeit...
My wife came out more or less on fire. We were able to have our neighbor bring by his credit card.10 minutes later we returned and found out he tossed the food......whoa! That didn't go well either. We went down the street to your competitor and handed them 100 buck bill....he handed us the chow.

The owner of this store hired a guy that made me feel fine about my scorpion problem.
So steer away from this place....sorry owner....your guy needs to go back to Jimmy John's service class.

I was a pretty weekly order, I have recently starting to reduce the time I order from Jimmy Johms. The quality of the meat there, particularly the roast beef, has been dropping rapidly.

My last experience I found myself having to pick through slivers of roast beef to pick out fat grizzle leaving me with really no meat left.

At $17 for a giant sandwich, having no meat to enjoy on it is unacceptable.

I’ve never had an issue with this location until today. I originally placed an order for pickup at 1:30pm , my food was incorrect as I called it in at 2:15pm after they repeated my order to me to mess it up. I told them I can’t come back as I need to get to work. They stated we can make it now if you can’t come( again I drove there to get my order) I clearly stated one sandwich was made correctly and one wasn’t. I waited a hour later, late for work for them to attempt to make it right delivering all three sandwiches to knock back on the door for the other sandwich as they wasn’t listen. Customer service was horrible over the phone whom I assume was a matter. Also it’s been over a week with no update as the sandwich did not get ate

Add this to my list of restaurants not to go to. Vegetables were bad. Brown soggy slimy. Paid for extra meat I did not get. 20 dollers for a sandwich I could not eat. To the owners of these restaurants that employ people that can't follow basic food safety guidelines and provide adequate customer service. This is costing you money. You will not be getting mine again
