I placed an order via Door Dash where the estimated delivery time was 18 mins. After over an hour I received a notification that my food was delivered but when I went to the door there was no delivery. Upon calling the store as directed by door dash, I spoke with a manager named Kevin who was able to void my order but told me I needed to contact door dash for a refund. Music was way too loud!! Couldn't even have a conversation across the table!!
