Have eaten here for years but the general tso chicken and fried rice were awful. Rice was oily soggy gross clump. Chicken was dry with soggy coating. Egg roll was mushy. Nothing was even average

Well I walk in and I have walked in and made to-go orders various times, not the first time, anyhow, the gentleman taking orders it tells me it'll be a few seconds. He's got to go take an order. Okay. I'll wait then out of the blue he comes up to me without even taking my order tells me it's going to be a little bit. Are you okay with waiting? And I was thinking to myself dude if you want me to leave I can leave. I said no. I don't want to wait if you're not even going to take my order. I'm done that place decent food but they treat everyone like the ones that create all these damn tariffs against the Chinese. I'm trying to give you business

Don’t ever go here, the food changes depending upon who is there the cook and or manager. The manager is very very rude and does not deserve to have his job!! You do not have the right to be rude or cuss at a guest. If your I charge do something about what the customer is asking about or step aside instead of being a sarcastic, smug, and snarky individual. I will tell everybody I know about this, and I have also posted it on yelp. You need to learn something about being in a hospitality, base industry, and a restaurant service role even as a leader you must still be approachable and friendly and know how to talk to people you my friend not appropriate for the role you are in. I will never come and spend another dime in that restaurant just because of you and I hope the managers and owners see this so they know that the service and the experience you were giving the customers and his restaurant is very very very very very very very bad and you don’t deserve to be paid to do your job.

I’ve eaten here before and the food is great , but sometimes that’s just not enough, it’s been a while since I’ve ordered from here because the last time I had ordered for pick up I called as a courtesy to say I was running late due to traffic and I believe she’s the owner , hung up on me. So it’s been almost 2 years and I was craving Chinese food so I said let’s give it a shot again, well that’s what I get , I ordered for pick up again and they said my order will be done in 25 minutes , so I showed up just for them to say they didn’t have my order ready , they said something with the systems , but they use paper to take orders….. you are charging almost $20 a plate and didn’t have the food ready when it was dead literally last time I’m making an effort to support this small business!
