“Fast service, clean, polite crew. There unfortunatly was woman who was very upset and being hostile towards the on site Manger. I was impressed by how well he maintained composure and worked to de-escalate the situation. No matter how hard he tried to make it right she wanted no part if it.While some would criticize the store, I commend them for remaining professional. All while still prepping other customers food.The manager and staff profusely apologized to the customers for the disruption. Some may ding the store. I commend it. The manager and staff showed how well they were trained and how far they would go to make it right.Did I mention the store was very clean and great food.“

“Several times we have ordered Chicken Pot Pies on-line. We are given a pick-up time,usually 30 minute wait time, but when we get there they aren’t ready as they just started cooking them because they had run out. So instead of getting our ordered when told we are now waiting 30 more minutes“
