We have a flurry of birthdays in July, and we had a wonderful celebration at Buca di Beppo! Our server was very attentive and helpful. The food....oh the food! We had dishes that met everyone's cravings, and we all left feeling full and festive.
The family feast (4 for $40) is a great deal. The food is ok, nothing spectacular... but kid approved, so that's a win! The service was wonderful, all the staff was kind and accommodating. The staff is really the reason we had a positive experience!
Food was brought to us in not so much of a timely manner. Our server seemed pre occupied with the group next to us, which of course was a larger party that the waitress new would be a better tip than 4 people. I feel like we were downgrade. I felt like sterrage on the Titanic....third class! Never have I ever been so disappointed not only with Bucca di beppo, but not by any OTHER restaurant!
