Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Nice atmosphere, went with my nieces. Service could have been better and food was okay. Since childhood, I always would get the soup and salad. I was very disappointed that they were out of the minestrone soup

This was our favorite restaurant to go to a few years ago. Good location right across from the mall on Bell. As of about 4 years ago the food has gone way downhill. The service is still okay but eating here is understanding that it is a family restaurant with a lot of unruly children. The noise level is that of a high school cafeteria. This is okay if you want to bring young kids out but I would not go here on a date or bring my elderly parents.

haven't been to the restaurant in a while. usually do take out. however, for my birthday we went out and I was extremely disappointed that they don't make any effort to make it a nice dining experience anymore. The bread sticks used to come wrapped in a cloth napkin to keep it warm and a nice little basket and it came with a paper napkin around which made them cold right away. I ordered extra sauce on the side and they put it in a paper to-go cup for me. We went early so the food came out extremely fast and hot. however it just felt like it was heated up, it doesn't seem like they actually cook the food in the kitchen anymore. We ordered the mozzarella sticks, the cheese was not melted and the breading didn't taste like it was cooked all the way.

Sad to say it was just a huge disappointment. it seems like it's better if it's takeout. not much difference to go to the restaurant any longer since they use everything that's disposable instead of actual dishes.

Have called in twice for to go orders and been very happy 😊 this is for sure one of the better Olive Garden restaurants

Our waitress was fantastic
Very attentive and friendly. Came for the free Veteran meal and they had several choices. Went with the Chicken Parm
Soup was a little delayed but she made me one to go.

Good was delicious as always!
Met up work my girlfriend for dinner and to catch up, unfortunately we felt rushed from beginning to end. Other then that everything was good.

Our server Miguel was great and the food came out hot and delicious

Alex was amazing! He was so friendly and had amazing customer service. He was all smiles and had a great sense of humor. 10/10 waiter! I heard him interacting with other customers, and he was just as incredible.
