Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I love leaving positive reviews to places but walking into this Olive Garden was disappointing. I walked in and asked for a booth for my party and there were 3 host on. There was an older woman and two young women. The older woman was trying to get me what I asked for on the computer while one of them was rushing her and being very passive aggressive to her. They gave her so much attitude and it made me so sad to see. After walking away from the stand, the F bomb was dropped from one of the younger ladies. I didn't hear much but it couldn't have been good things.
Please talk to the host about being friendly to one another and their customers.

Two waiters was using the same rag to wipe the tables and seats without washing the same rag. I observed that they used the same rag to wipe 3 tables and the seats. (Our waiter was great, a young man).
Please teach and ensure cleanliness . Don't wipe seats and then tables. Wash your rags after each table and hopefully you are using clean water.
Managers and supervisors we're defending on you to ensure total cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.

My family and I came to Olive Garden at Arrowhead to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Stephen, our waiter, was very sweet and attentive the entire night. It was a very nice experience. He is an asset to the company. Thank you Stephen! 😊

Today decided to eat here and it was amazing! Service, the food, the atmosphere and even our waitress was super nice so shout out to Miah. I got the soup and fettuccine Alfredo which was yummy. 😋

It was alright. They were so rushing. It was like 3 or 4 hours until closing and me and my boyfriend went and the whole time she did keep checking in but as soon as we said we were fine for now so we can eat our food. Right away she hands us to go boxes and starts taking our stuff and me and my boyfriend were annoyed and left. If I would have know we were gonna be rushed out. Then we would have never went. There was even another lady waiting to clean and wipe down the table. It felt so negative in there. This is not how you treat customers and just people in general…

Went to restaurant on Sunday evening with my son
The server was awesome! The food was not up to my expectation. I ordered meatballs and they were OK. My son ordered the trio. When the dish was brought out to the table the portions and the look of the food was not what I pictured to be the best. Very very small portions and the food was not as good as the one at Metro (Phoenix) location. We ate there about a month ago and I have to say it was much better then this one. I have heard that the one in Surprise is much better then the one on Bell in Peoria. Don't think I will return back to this one. One last thing for what we paid for the food was not worth the $$$ charged.

Waitress rushed us out. Sat down between 7 and 730 pm. Got our appetizers and within 2 minutes our mains were set in front of us. Had our food for about 10 minutes and our waitress asked if we needed boxes. She listened to our daughters request for one (shes 7) and then ran off before we could say anything to her. When she came back, we tried to tell her the drink refills she had brought us were just straight soda water but she tried to run from the table in the middle. It was like pulling teeth to get our boxes and a cup for one of our drinks after that. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt especially when its late and 2 hrs till close, however this behavior was unacceptable and super rude. She didn't even come back to check on if we payed or not or to give us the chocolates like they always do. It felt like we were an inconvenience. We left at 750-8 pm. 45 minutes is not enough to even have experienced the atmosphere or try and relax and enjoy the food. Please work with the waitresses on better manners and if we needed to leave quickly (if closing early or something) please tell us so we can prepare instead of forcing us out like that. Super disappointed and honestly probably won't come back due to this experience.

We like Arrowhead Olive Garden but are troubled about today's visit.
The couple next to us had two medium-sized dogs in the booth with them. I'm surprised Olive Garden permits dogs in the restaurant.
When the couple and dogs left, the booth did not receive any special cleaning.
I guess I will always think about animals in the restaurant, contamination, allergies and unsanitary conditions.
