Our server, Miranda was great. Went above and beyond for us. chef did awesome job. We asked for carne asada rare and it was!

Walked in and was quoted no wait. There were 3 hosts at the front and an empty waiting area. We stood at the podium for a moment while the 3 hosts talked amongst themselves. Finally one of the hostesses said it would be 10-15 minutes before they could seat us. I asked her why, considering 1/2 the restaurant was empty and they had seated other parties. She said those sections were blocked off due to training. We waited for about 10 minutes as they sat other parties and finally decided to leave. There was no hospitality and no sense of urgency. Most of the servers seemed to be casually talking amongst themselves.

I don’t get the lack of hustle on a Friday evening. Every restaurant on the street is packed. This one has capacity but can’t seat us.

We visited the glendale az location near Arrowhead Mall. We were sitting for 45 min without food. They were making people food ahead of ours sho had just arrived. I ordered a margarita that never came. We ordered quesadillas. That takes 5 minutes to make. Still 45min, no food. We canceled the order and walked out. I tried filling out online surveys, and it was an error trying to submit.

I generally love the food at this restaurant. The only thing I’m not a fan of is their rice it’s a bit dry. Especially recommend their fajitas and their margaritas

Worst I’ve seen in 20-years. There is a reason this place doesn’t have a wait any more. Tables empty, bar is like a ghost town, food is par at best. Employees don’t care and you chase them down for service. It’s understaffed and poorly managed. Since Covid it’s bottom of the list in Arrowhead. Lot of great places and it’s sad that OTB has let it get so bad.

I ordered a to go order and was disappointed to say the least. It's not what it use to be. I just had tacos and unfortunately it was mostly the shell and little to no meat and very little cheese. This sucks. I really like the chips and salsa from here but I have to say I won't waste my money here again.

We have been going there for years. The food is delicious. Lately things have changed though. They don't seem to be keeping things clean. Outside the front doors is not swept and there is trash that needs to be picked up. In the bar area trash is on the floor right next to a waste basket and no one picks it up. One of the bar tv's that plays trivia is caked with black dirt. I pulled someone aside and pointed it out because it has been like that for the last couple months. There were unbussed tables that were nevered touched. The service is not as good as it used to be. However the food does not dissapoint.

I used to love this place and their food. I don’t know what happened to the cooks But they obviously do not know how to make enchiladas. As far as the guacamole goes, I loved their live guacamole but when you ask for guacamole on the side, it is nothing but a mashed avocado. I don’t call that guacamole. I won’t be back

I didn't care for the tacos at all, the rice comes with corn kernels in it like it or not drinks were ok not great, u won't go back not worth the money
