Usually enjoy going in to a one stop, however, customer service is apparently a lost art. Was in the store for maybe 3 minutes total. I was met with a really unwelcoming attitude, immediately drove 10 minutes to the next one.

I've spent close to 600$ this year alone on shakes for myself, my family, and employees. Everytime I get a "free" shake the next time I go in its mysteriously gone. This has happened 3-4 times. I use the same number 90% of the time. Lady I spoke to at this specific store ( young oriental lady with glasses) said there's Noone I can speak with or call or email to figure out what's going on and that it is what it is. Maybe tropical smoothie is a better way to go!?

2nd time coming to this store to "get my day started"Not opened at the time it says it would be open. I know help is hard to find these days but comon. Even the owner/manager says "screw it". MAKES SENSE.
