The food is good,
BUT ….. drive-through is always slow as hell every single time I come here.

I’ve been to the other stores and they’re not as slow as this one. This one’s got an issue with speed..
It’s like they wait till the minute you order it before they start cooking the chicken

The food here is usually very good, and the new $8 meal deal is a great value. That said, there are a few things that could really improve the customer experience.

First, ordering a side of vegetables is surprisingly difficult. It seems like employees have to use a workaround just to add it to an order, and if you’re ordering online, it’s nearly impossible. That should be a simple option.
