I went around 1:30 on a Thursday and sat at the bar. It was relatively empty and the kitchen service was a little slow for my liking but not unbearable. The bartender was chatty and so were the other folks at the bar so it was a nice vibe. The salad was AMAZING!! I’m not a beer drinker so I experimented and tried the sour which was lovely. The oysters were good but not something I would mention as a recommendation. I didn’t have room for the dirty fries but will be returning to try them and to get another salad before it is out of season.

What a great place in Peoria. The food is very good, and the beers are even better. The patio is nice and mostly shaded for those hot Arizona days. Thank you for a great experience every time I come here!

Great food and great service. Family owned business, and the service feels like it! Owner Matt is great, and Reagan the server is phenomenal!

Food, drinks, and service were amazing! We sat at the bar and the old fashioned we had was one of the best ones we had anywhere. Not too sweet, not too strong, perfect. All the staff were very friendly. We had the Nashville hot chicken bites and pab burger smash with dirty fries, everything was delicious and devoured. Love this place, we also have been to their speakeasy Barley&Smoke several times and its always amazing. This place is a hidden gem, love it!

We came here to grab drinks after celebrating my wife’s birthday, expecting a nice end to the night, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing.

We didn’t have a reservation for the speakeasy in the back, so I spoke with the host, Layla, to see if there was any availability. She immediately told us they were fully booked for the night, shrugged us off, and was very rude and dismissive. There was no effort to help, no suggestions, and no basic courtesy—just an attitude that made us feel unwelcome.

What made it even more frustrating is that I checked their website right after and saw multiple open reservations still available that same evening. It really felt like she went out of her way not to help us at all.

I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this level of rudeness and lack of customer service is unacceptable—especially in the hospitality industry. It completely put a damper on what was supposed to be a special night for my wife.

I still wanted to experience the visit, so I waited 45 min for the next available. I can say the rest of the staff was amazing and great drinks once I had to fight my way in. Food was good. Host though, worst I ever experienced.

Based on this experience alone, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Nice brewery with indoor and outdoor seating. We had a large group and the service was great.

Burger was actually really good on a nicely toasted bun!

Two individual bathroom stalls with baby changing table in both. Parking was large free shared lot.

They have good craft beers and a full bar. They have both inside and patio seating making the restaurant feel nice and spacious. The food is good and our favorites are the chicken bites and the dirty fry bar. They also have good burgers and salads. Parking is limited and we are always meeting new staff members. We would recommend this restaurant for a good burger and beer.

We got seated at a table inside and never got served. Not even water, on a 102 degree day. We sat there for 20 minutes counting how many times the servers walked past us. We got up to 23 and finally got up and left. A brewery that’s too hectic inside to even serve someone a beer. Or water. Pathetic.

PAB has a great variety of craft beers available by growler, glass or flight. PAB burger is delectable. If only they would bring back the Monte Cristo!

Service sub par, to much seasoning on fries,Buc-ee's burgers were much better, to many bugs flying around, and we're was the horseradish with the oysters!! Won't go back!!!!
