The kids inside were very nice, but my order was wrong, not the end of the world. But I was told I'd be called back by a manager within ten minutes when I knew there was no manager there. So I don't recommend this location. I finally decided to just go to the location and they fixed everything no questions asked, these guys are spread very thin and it's no ok but whoever was working today one was amazing. They did mess up on my delivery order in August. I called & let them know & they gave me a code for a large pizza but the code didn't work & I'm still waiting for them to email me back about this matter.
I placed order over the phone, was told my older would be ready for pick up in 15-20 minutes…the guy inside said it wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes on top of my 20 minutes! I asked why would I be told 20 minutes on the phone. He said it’s a call center that answers and not aware of actual wait time in the store!! Seriously WTH? A call center? Buut the guy apologized and the pizza was perfect and Cinnabons were delicious !!!
