Long time Pot Belly customer, glad you have this one in Peoria AZ. Best Pot belly I have been too. Friendly and make sandwich correctly.. place is clean drink fountain clean.. Been here about 12 times so far and only one hick up. When ordering Veg Melt.. he only put one slice of chedder ch on it. I said I dont want the other two cheeses just do all cheeder. Otherwise... always good.
3rd time wasn’t the charm. I’ve hoped that after a few trips the bumps would be smoothed since opening—no such luck. The first time, they didn’t even place the order correctly for my son’s sandwich, and after dealing with rude, impatient workers, he decided to leave without attempting to reorder. The setup to order your sandwich, go to the register to pay, then back to the middle for toppings is confusing and not conducive to the layout with multiple people in line....
