I’ve never had a problem with this specific location before, although not once but TWICE do I go this week and my lettuce in both salads I ordered were disgusting. The first time they offered to remake it, I went back today and the same thing occurred. The lettuce was either wilted, or starting to discolor to black and looked slimy. I also found mold on a piece of lettuce after picking through. I’m not one to make a fuss but this is absolutely unacceptable.

Great food for a fair price. Every item we've tried here has been really good, but my favorite is the Buffalo chicken wrap. Vegetables have always been fresh and each item is a normal size meal. Also has some really good lemonade, and a strange one that is cucumber mint. Surprisingly good, though does taste like a pickle! Staff has always been friendly.
I work 10 mins away from this location and order on my lunch break. My salad dressing was missing. Check your bag before you leave location or you'll get to your destination without the most important ingredient for your salad.

The last four visits to this local were subpar. Firstly, any place that argues with any customer is wrong, and over us not knowing the Cobb comes with both Bleu cheese crumble and Bleu cheese dressing. But ordering the same wrap three times on the first day and second day, but it still comes out wrong, that is when you realize it's the store and not you. Do better young people, the people who worked the force before, we held the bars high. It wasn't okay to be dumb back then. What changed? People can't even read customized instructions!

Love the food! Please get a cheddar or regular jack cheese that isn't spicy tho! &The pickup window is out in the sun and stuff isnt ready at the estimated time in the morning when its busy so just pickup in the drivethru so u dont have to wait 10 minutes in the sun sweating

This location used to be our go-to, in fact it's the place that has made a generally salad-averse family become more interested in salads and wraps - however they have been repeatedly getting our orders wrong for the past few weeks, both our in person and online orders. It's a shame because this chain is the reason I have been able to eat heathier foods, it introduced me to making salads at home even, but I think maybe this location has different staff coming in and out because what used to be a very simple and straight forward ordering process has become a game of back and forth, remaking wraps, only to come home with things still missing or unwanted ingredients added. Again, I LOVE this chain; the recent experiences at this location just have not been the best...

The problem here today they cannot multitask excuses excuses had me waiting 3 minutes while they take someone else order okay cool. But after I ask for two dressings and give me 1 that was intentional I will give more feedback on the receipt
