I was greated as soon as I entered. The bar in front was full, the dining area had a few full tables with families and the sushi bar had plenty of spots available. The server was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a few questions about the menu and how it all worked. They made me feel comfortable and asked follow up questions so they could offer suggestions. Came on a Thursday evening and there was live entertainment. It was late so we just ordered a roll and poke bowl at the sushi bar. Our chef was very accommodating on our spice levels and the food was very good. Only improvement was the miso soup could’ve been hotter. It was lukewarm. I would definitely come back for sushi and try some other things.

✈ Back in Phoenix for a quick trip, and as always, Squid Ink was at the top of the list.

It just wouldn’t feel like a trip back without stopping here. 🍣 The food is absolutely amazing and has a flavor and style that’s hard to find anywhere else. No matter how much time passes, it never disappoints.
