40 minute wait for a coffee. Not even at a restaurant do you wait that long for food

The customer service here for this AM team was terrible and after soaking with the Lead i see why. No accountability! Having to wait 30 min for a drink to just be made incorrectly is insane. Being short staffed is no excuse for poor customer service from the staff that is present. Why can’t ANY of the staff inform the customers why they have to wait 30 min for a drink? The app even ain’t got answers….it’s not rocket science here! I guess now imma have to get used to Dutch Bro menu since This location can’t get it right! With a lead like the one i spoke to this morning it’s clear why the store is short staffed if there is no good managers or leads in place. By the time i got to enjoy my preheated bagel it was cold for as long as i had to wait. sadly! Poor Poor experience here.

We had a great visit today — the staff were friendly, upbeat, and made our drinks exactly the way we ordered them. The store was clean, comfortable, and had that relaxing Starbucks atmosphere that makes it easy to sit and unwind. Our coffees were perfectly made, and everything came out quickly even though it was busy. Always nice to find a Starbucks that gets it right every time. Well done to the team!

I came to this Starbucks with my girlfriend and her sister to get drinks with actual pumpkin cups and to be honest the crew and the customer connection was really terrible, like the person who attended us first decided to give us attitude by rolling her eyes at us and telling her about our personal pumpkin cups. The second person who attended us was straight forward and understanding but making it more difficult. And with barista who made our drinks didn’t seem satisfied in making our drinks he was really giving bad vibes. Embarrassing us. Even a customer told us that the crew was being rude and she seem excited about our cups. They didn’t put effort into it. This was a trend on TikTok

I don’t understand how you can close the location and remodel it for a minute and cut out pretty much all of the customer space where we used to hang out and lounge and have our drinks inside just so that you can create more space for the workers and somehow you still have to wait 25 minutes to get a drink Just a word of advice and obviously this is common sense but at this location specifically if you’re running late or perhaps you have a 20 minute drive ahead of you and you’re already 20 minutes away from your deadline do not go into this drive-through. There’s been times Where I sat upwards of 25 minutes waiting for a drink just for a it to be melted or watered down by the time I get it

A weakness in their service is keeping the tables and benches clean. No matter what starbucks I go to. Everytime I go to sit down and enjoy my coffee, I have to search for a clean table and bench or clean one myself.
