So I came to this Starbucks the time was 11:40 P.M I asked for a Horchata espresso Trenta. I was questioning the Employee AMY the size and she rudely transferred me to someone on the speaker I got annoyed because my question wasnât being answered no more. I drove up to the window before ordering something just to see the size cups and she told me with small attitude that I shouldâve ordered at the speaker no one was behind me when AMY was the one that transferred my attendance to someone else that person was asking me something else besides my question AMY made my drink, and she added too much ice on it At the end, my drink was reduced, and AMY didnât even wish me goodbye or anything rudely just shut the window on me when AMY was being polite to the person in front of me I Donât even understand how she became a good candidate for this role and also, the manager was refusing to give me her name when I asked for it

Please donât ask for free water from Starbucks. Nice going new âruleâ two weeks agoâ no free water without a purchase I have as special needs child and needed water to help her take her unexpected medication. The drive through line is ridiculously slow. We spent a half hour in the line, I would have just backed up and left but there were cars behind me. If they can't move any faster than that they shouldn't have a drive through.

I went through the drive thru for a hot tea after finally getting my baby to sleep. They seemed nice enough. I take the first sip and there's leaves. I opened it and there's 2 intact tea bags and tons of leaves...like a tea bag broke and instead of getting a new cup they just added 2 more. Pretty bitter about it, since it was over $4 and supposed to be a nice little treat after a tough hour.

Very busy location and messing dining area if you want o sit down there was a sticky rescue in the lobby and chances are it was a spill that dried up. Over all decent beautiful location just verrrryyyyy busy

I just got a small hot coco from this location and it taste like it is 1% coco and 99% water. It was so bad I went next door to Dutch bros to get the taste out of my mouth. 0/10 hot coco the hot coco from Dutch bros was a lot sweeter.
