Ta Carbon Mexican Grill never disappoints. The food is always fresh, full of flavor, and comes out hot. The service is friendly, fast, and everyone makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is great, and the portions are generous. This has become one of my favorite places for Mexican food, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend giving them a try!
The carne asada, beans, quesadillas were good, and the tripa was excellent—definitely the highlight of the meal. The cabeza, unfortunately, was too salty. Customer service was just okay, nothing special. Overall, the food is good, the establishment is clean, and I like the location. It was my first visit at this location and I’d go back for sure.
The meats are fabulous. We had Al Pastor ( pork ) , Carne asada ( Beef), Cabeza ( Beef Cheek) , Hazz ( beef , chili, cheese) .
Sides are help yourself. The beans that came with the dishes was tasty.
Service is take away style , and atmosphere is functional, but the food is worth it.
