For some reason every time I come and sit at the bar, the bartenders are unbothered by our presence. Wait at least ten minutes to be acknowledged. I used to love coming here on happy hour until our last visit... The calamari completely changed. First it was completely different than what they used to serve but, this time it came out cold. I asked if they could remake it because it was cold and what did they do? They re-heated it... They re-heated calamari because it was cold????? Are you kidding me?? I looked away at the bad service back in the day because of the great food, but now... I will not return. Save your money and find something better.

Nice atmosphere, very tight seating if you have disability/use a walker. There is no ramp to entrance of restaurant. You will have to walk a distance to get to entrance of establishment. I was surprised to see accommodations are not in place at the restaurant row.The food was really good, Salads are all excellent! Cheesecake was substantial, creamy. Coffee was great! Your staff is awesome ?

We had been to this restaurant a few years ago and the food was wonderful. We went tonight for a celebration with family from out of town. I was embarrassed that we took them to this restaurant! The food was gross all the way around. The pasta was under cooked. The pizza bread was puffy and gross. The bruschetta was gross and the bread was not toasted. We had major regrets going here and will not go back.I have a feeling this restaurant tried to cut corners with their food and charge premium prices still.Don’t waste your money!!!!!

I recommend this place, but FYI it's more of a date night place, but the food is delicious. You can go for brunch but it's expensive for brunch. my favorite things are the fruit tart on the dessert menu and the octopus and charcuterie board. They also make a decent cappuccino. And the service is great too.

Great customer service. Pretty cool atmosphere. My wife and I love the saganaki. We never leave hungry! Definitely recommend this place.
This well appointed restaurant has a vibrant atmosphere and a great location. The menu is interesting but the food we ordered was somewhat disappointing. The dough in the pizza was undercooked, which we brought to our server's attention. The chicken parm meatballs had too much breadcrumb, so they were dry. However, there are other menu options we would like to try, so we'll give it another go at a later date.

I had an appetizer that sounded it's delicious, Deep fried artichokes. That's exactly what I got, Greasy, crispy artichokes. At least I never have to order this again. My egg plant was delicious, Perhaps Artichokes with butter with lemon and capers would have been a better choice but was not offered on this menu.With a name like the sicilian butcher I would have expected more meat dishes, But I guess that's just my thinking.I went back 22 a gracious offering of a twenty five dollar gift card.Good, but still lacking in customer service. The manager comped an appetizer, Which was nice, however there shouldn't been a Customer service issue that needed to be corrected, As soon as we got there.

Don’t go after 5 PM and expect to get seated within 30 minutes. Got seated outside and rain started. Took food to go. It was okay, but lacked the zip for the price paid. It’s a chain… Waiter Zack and his helper AJ were the bright spot of the experience.Dietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten free optionsWheelchair accessibility: It was on a single floor with no stairs

What a fantastic evening my husband and I enjoyed at this restaurant. The atmosphere was fantastic, we sat outside and the air was warm. The service was exceptional right from the start with a lovely hostess and a great server, Keith, with the manager even making a stop at our table to ensure we were happy. Food was excellent and would even be approved by our Italian son in law. Will definitely be back. Price was amazing even with a bottle of wine!!!! The bakery on site is a real bonus!!!!Parking: Lots of parking
