Always a place my wife and I go to when we are in Phoenix. This place is always a must, service is always top notch, it always feels welcoming. Fast and food is always the same when we go.
Mexican cuisine is my husband’s comfort food, and this is one of his favorite Mexican restaurant. They serve generous amount of food. They provide free salsa and tortilla chips. It’s delicious 😋
We had stopped coming to Top Shelf the past few years because the lack of customer service and food quality. Today we had lunch on the patio and Carissa was our server. The service was great, and the food quality and quantity was great. We will definitely come back again for lunch! Thank you Carissa!
